Tell us each child’s age and weight when you book and we will have the correct seat fitted to your vehicle before airport pickup: infant, toddler, or booster, depending on what is needed. Children over 11 years or above 36kg do not require a booster. Our vehicles are air-conditioned, replaced on a five-year cycle, and large enough that your family will never be sharing rows with strangers. You travel privately throughout the entire trip.

A 25% deposit confirms your dates and reserves your riads and vehicle. The exact deposit amount depends on the tour. We recommend PayPal for payments and accept EUR. Cancellation terms in plain language: full refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Yes, within practical limits. Adding pool time, dropping an activity, switching restaurants, or asking your driver to leave earlier are all easy. Just let us know. Switching riads or rearranging full days requires us to check availability and may involve a small fee based on the change, which we will always quote before anything is confirmed. Our support team is available by email 24/7 throughout your trip, including weekends. If your child wakes up wanting to learn how to cook a tajine, or you have a free afternoon and want to add something, just ask and we will sort it.

Most passports from the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and around 60 other countries enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least six months past your return date and needs at least one blank page. Children must have their own passport. On vaccinations, Morocco requires none. Standard childhood schedules covering MMR, DTaP, polio, and hepatitis A are sufficient for most families. That said, we are not doctors, so please speak to your paediatrician six to eight weeks before travel for advice specific to your children.
