Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Morocco Vacation Planner. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required via PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer full refunds on deposits if bookings are canceled at least 31 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 31 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or safety concerns.

In all cases, we will strive to provide an equivalent or better alternative.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical expenses
  • Personal belongings
  • Emergency evacuation

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to undertake the chosen tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Responsibility and Liability

We act only as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, and other services. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove from a tour any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, other travelers, or local communities.
