DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO Rabat AIRPORT / TRANSFER TO YOUR HOTEL

What time is it in Rabat, Morocco? No matter when you arrive, on the first day, we’ll pick you up early from the airport, port, or your accommodation. Rabat offers so much to explore! Our journey begins with a visit to Morocco’s capital, where we’ll delve into its main historical sites, including the charming Oudaya Kasbah, the majestic Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the iconic Hassan Tower, the minaret of an incomplete mosque. After a delightful lunch, we’ll drive you comfortably to your accommodation. Overnight stay in the hotel, including bed and breakfast.

DAY 2: RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

Today after your breakfast, we’ll leave for Rabat, the capital of Morocco,

where your Rabat Vacation tour will start, Settle into your comfortable vehicle and begin your scenic journey north towards the Rif Mountains. Enjoy the convenience of door-to-door service and the flexibility to make comfort stops as needed.

Your driver will take you directly to your accommodation, often located conveniently near the medina entrance, ensuring a smooth check-in, where you will Begin your personalized exploration of Chefchaouen’s iconic blue medina.

DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – FES EL BALI

After breakfast in the Riad your authentic journey will start towards Volubilis crossing Wazan and other Rif villages. In Volubilis you will discover the Roman ruins and learn about the archaeological site of Moroccan history. After the visit of the ruins you will shift our way to Meknes, the seventeenth century heritage site where you will stop for lunch and hang around the medina and Bab el Mansour. Then, we will drive you to Fes, where you will spend the night.

DAY 4: FES GUIDED TOUR IN MEDINA

After breakfast in the Riad, you will start exploring Fez, the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and little streets. Your visit will start by entering through the Royal Palace gate, and continuing with the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco which dates back to the sixteenth century. We will ensure that you visit all cultural and historical sites including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the oldest in the region, the Tanneries, the Attarine museum and Mulay Idriss mausoleum. After lunch, you will visit the tiles cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes.

DAY 5: FES – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – ZIZ VALLEY – DESERT CAMP

After breakfast on your 9-day Rabat vacation, we’ll head south to the Merzouga Desert via Midelt and Errachidia. Our first stop is Ifrane, known as ‘the Switzerland of Morocco,’ followed by a scenic drive through the Ziz Valley. Along the way, you’ll witness the stunning Middle and High Atlas Mountains and stop at Morocco’s largest cedar forest to spot Barbary apes. As we approach ErRachidia, the landscape transforms, revealing the first hints of the desert. After lunch in Midelt, we’ll continue through the breathtaking Ziz Valley, pausing for panoramic views. Finally, arrive in Merzouga, where you’ll enjoy a camel ride at sunset and spend the night in a well-equipped desert camp, complete with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA SAHARA – ERFOUD – TODRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

Set your alarm to wake up early this morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the dunes! It is a moment not to be missed. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious breakfast before we continue our adventure by car to the city of Rissani, the former capital of the Alawite Sultans. Rissani was once an important market for caravans traveling the sub-Saharan region, and it is still an impressive market to visit today.

We will take a walk through the local market and traditional souk. This is a wonderful destination for those who wish to learn some of the history of the country, later on we will stop in Tinjdad, where we will have lunch. We will continue on the road along the river until we reach the Gorges, where we will stop and walk through this magnificent natural structure with its incredibly high rock walls (up to 300 meters). This stunning place has been featured in many films. Later, we will pass through the Boumalne Du Dades, and there will be time to explore its rock formations often compared to human figures and monkey’s fingers. You will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including bed and breakfast.

DAY 7: Dades Valley – El Kelaa M'Gouna – Skoura –Ourzazate – Ait Benhaddo – Pass Tizi-n-Tichka – Marrakech

After your breakfast, we will depart for Marrakech. First we will visit Atlas Studios, the largest movie studio in the world and host to such famous films and television shows as Lawrence of Arabia, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, The Man Who Would Be King, Vikings, Game of Thrones, and Aladdin, as well as several James Bond and Jason Bourne movies. Next we will stop at the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, an amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After a break for lunch, we will drive through the Tizi N’Tichka Pass which offers superb views of the High Atlas Mountains and small Berber villages. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan riad, with bed and breakfast included

DAY 8: MARRAKECH GUIDED TOUR

Today, after breakfast you will have a full day to tour and discover Marrakech, the famous Red City. Your guide will take you to the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Marrakech, including the 19th century Bahia Palace, the 16th century Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Majorelle Gardens. You will have lunch in the Medina and also have an opportunity to visit the famous Souks, where the merchants sell everything from leather and carpets to spices and jewelry. Jemaa el-Fnaa is perhaps the most famous town square on earth. From ancient times until today, tradesmen, snake charmers, acrobats, magicians, mystics, musicians, and monkey trainers have populated this UNESCO World Heritage site. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan riad, with bed and breakfast included.

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT AT YOUR FLIGHT TIME

At the last day our 9-day rabat vacation comes to an end, at the agreed time, we will head to the airport, marking the end of our unforgettable journey. As the day draws to a close, so does our adventure, leaving you with beautiful memories and stories to tell.
